Privacy
You entrust us with information about your situation, your family and your wealth. This page sets out what this site collects, why, where the data is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for residents of the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Booking a meeting: your e-mail address, the verification code sent to it, the subject you choose, the time slot and the meeting format; your phone number if you ask for a call back.
- Site tools (pre-review, tax estimate, benefits search): your e-mail address, the values you enter and the result shown, only if you ask to receive them and give your consent.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser, page requested and time, kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.
- Audience measurement: aggregated visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying you.
We ask for no sensitive data on this site: no social security number, no identity document, no health information. Any that later become necessary for your file are provided afterwards, in your client area.
Why
To organise the meeting you ask for, call you back, send you the results you requested and prepare the meeting with your advisor; to keep the site secure and understand its use anonymously. This processing rests on your request and your consent, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure site. We do not sell, rent or transfer any data, and run no targeted advertising.
Where your data is
All your data is hosted in Switzerland, in Zurich. Access is personal, limited to the people serving you, and logged.
Sharing within the group
Your information circulates only between the group companies, and only as far as your advice requires. It is passed to a third party (foundation, insurer, bank) only for a step you have decided on, with your consent, or where the law requires it.
How long
A request that leads nowhere is deleted no later than twenty-four months after the last exchange; only anonymous statistics remain. A client’s data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for as long as the law requires (generally ten years for accounting and contractual records). Technical logs are deleted after a few weeks.
Security
Encrypted connections, an anti-robot check (Cloudflare Turnstile, without cookies) when a form is sent, e-mail verification by code before any meeting, sensitive data encrypted in the database, role-based access, all logged.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, advertising or tracking. Audience measurement works without them.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, withdraw your consent or receive your data in a common format, subject to retention periods required by law. Write to us at the address above or to info@arcadepartners.ch, or speak to your advisor. We reply within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country.
